On the final night of Capitol Hill Block Party, Wet Leg brought a closing set that felt sharp, loose and completely at home in the middle of the street.
Sunday’s headliner arrived through a wall of stage smoke, with Rhian Teasdale cutting a vivid figure in pink hair and shredded denim. The performance moved between clipped delivery and full-body momentum, letting the quieter tension in the songs snap into sudden noise.
The set pulled from both Wet Leg records and finished with a rapid closing stretch of fan favorites and newer material. From inside the crowd, raised phones, shifting sightlines and heads along the bottom of the frame became part of the story. This was a festival closer seen from the same crush of people feeling it.
